Each plan is based on the amount of compressed storage on the data server and one account can be used to backup data on multiple computers.

Additional Options

For an additional fee we can offer the following services:

Installation Services
One of our engineers will install and configure the software on your computers. Please note that this is a remote service and is not for an engineer to attend site, although this can be arranged if necessary.

Seed Copy
Your initial backup may be too large to backup in a timely fashion, we can offer a backup seeding service. We will courier over an external hard drive. You then backup your data using the Local Copy option to the external device. Once complete one call to us and we will collect the device and copy it directly to our server.

On site backup server
You may prefer to have your primary backup source onsite. We can install a backup server at the location of your choice, your backups will use this server to store your backup it will then be replicated to our secure data centre offering you total piece of mind.
